1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph221 ("ph221," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://ph221.net (the "Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ph221 Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including all policies, guidelines, and rules incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on ph221, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

ph221 reserves the right to request documentation to verify your age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active ph221 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. ph221 employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate registrations. Any account identified as a duplicate will be immediately suspended, and all balances, bonuses, and winnings associated with duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly update your account profile if any details change. ph221 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph221 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ph221 will treat any activity conducted through your account as authorized by you unless you have notified us of unauthorized access. You agree to notify ph221 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulations, ph221 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. ph221 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

4. Deposits & Payments

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your ph221 account within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to thirty (30) minutes to reflect, depending on your bank's processing times. ph221 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which ph221 bears no responsibility.

ph221 accepts deposits only from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating account.

5. Withdrawals

Players may submit withdrawal requests at any time through the ph221 account dashboard, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed the required KYC verification process before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. ph221 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated alongside individual promotions:

7.1 Game Integrity

• Creating or operating multiple accounts in violation of the One Account Policy.

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph221, its directors, officers, employees, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical faults, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues beyond ph221's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information or game content on the Platform.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.

ph221 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. ph221's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the total value of funds held in your ph221 account at the time the incident occurred.

12. Termination & Account Closure

ph221 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe.
• A request or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory authority.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.

You may close your ph221 account at any time by contacting customer support through your account dashboard. Upon closure, ph221 will return any remaining real-money balance to your verified payment method, after deducting any outstanding charges or forfeiting any bonus funds not yet fully wagered. Account closure does not discharge any outstanding obligations you may owe to ph221.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations and relevant provisions of the Civil Code of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the ph221 Platform, you agree to first contact ph221's customer support team to attempt an informal resolution. If an informal resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) calendar days of your initial complaint, the dispute may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms or the appropriate Philippine courts of competent jurisdiction.

You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against ph221 to the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law.

14. Amendments to These Terms

ph221 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ph221 will notify registered players via a notice posted on the Platform or, where appropriate, by email to the address registered on your account. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the ph221 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must discontinue using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date.
